Mat’s mum is BACK! But she’s not drag racing today, she’s being treated – Mat’s going to buy her a new car!

It’s time to say bye-bye to her SEAT Leon – she’s making the move to electric! Now, of course, we’re not short of choice when it comes to electric cars these days, so Mat’s brought together six of the best so they can get up close & personal with them to find out which is best for his mum.

They’ll start off looking at three cheap options – the Peugeot e-2008, the Volkswagen ID.3, and the Vauxhall/Opel Mokka-e. Once they’re done with those, they’ll take a look at more expensive options – we’ve got the all-new Audi Q4 e-tron, the Volvo XC40 Electric, and the Tesla Model 3 Standard-range Plus.

Mat and his mum are going to take a close look at each car to determine which one she likes the most. Checking out their interiors, back seats, and boot through to how they drive, this is the ultimate review video for someone looking to pick up an all-new EV!

But which will she choose – will she prefer the striking looks of the e-2008? Or maybe she’ll want Mat to splash out on the most expensive car here, the Audi? You’ll have to keep watching to find out!

  3. I subscribed because She told me to 🙂 I know it will cost you but I would like to have her opinion on cars as well 🙂 She is shorter than you so it is important to get that info. Needing a cushion I never thought of before but now I need to watch out since my wife is quite a bit shorter than me.

    Also, of course she made the right choice, non of the cars could compete with the Tesla. The Audi in terms of looks but nothing else.

  24. she reminds me of my first time in a PHEV I want a BEV but I instantly feel in love with electrified batteries power cars. I would be like her to. which one will I get!!! I have been looking into the volvo for sure not to big on tesla at the moment. even though the end price being a little more then my 2020 niro phev. I am considering the EV6 for my self and volvo for the wife. Also mom gets what she wants!!!! Can't wait to see a reaction vidoe
