  17. Matt, please stop,saying “I did this” when we know you have a team that spent a lot of work on this. I appreciate the video and information, but the best leaders I knew gave credit to their team before themselves and took the blame for their team. The worst leaders always use “I” statements. Other than that keep up the good work.
